A tale of two Surfs

You know what I said about I liked it so much I bought it. Well we need to rewind a bit. I tried to insure the petrol SSR-X and what a palarver. Sorry sir we can not insure it we have not got one with a petrol engine on our books. Then one quoted me £600 (I pay £285 for the present SSR-G). So I was very dis-heartened and back to the garage I went. On the forcourt stands a another Surf same year but an SSR-G 3.0 TD but £1000 more than I am paying for the petrol. Take it for a try says the salesman, so I did (fatal) you can guess what comes next. Yes I did, so now I have a 3rd gen SSR-g 3.0 TD which I must say drives very well has all the goodies but has done more Ks than the original one I set out with. What is this SURF Disease. I pick it up Friday and its Blue.

BLUE excellent. you'll get more miles out of a diesel engine anyway.
