that one little bolt could be so much trouble... top tip, dont ever, ever over tighten a cheap soft bolt when refitting the thermostat housing. especially not the the one at the front.

including the trip to halfords, and putting it all back together, 4 or 5 hours... and it was the last bolt to be tightened after having the injector pump reconned... i just hope it starts once the batteries are charged..(its not my truck..)it's in me shed, mate.Comment

I am deeply grateful mate. I couldn't quite believe it when it finally popped out. Your blood, sweat and tears have not gone to waste. Hopefully she will be starting up tomorrow afternoon, when both batteries are full. I'm excited, I've nearly got my girl back!!!!
