Only Joe Cocker can do that 'style' and get away with it.

Anyway, the whole lot of them are second raters who need public votes to get anywhere. Singers / musicians worth their salt do it through talent and self belief and dont need prime time TV to give them their short lived shot at fame.

It's just a cheap way to fill TV hours, plain and simple.

(Though must agree, the first few episodes are the best when all of the nutters are being weeded out)
