      That's Cheating Vince!! but Spoze that's one way of not going anywhere....or is it just to keep the mileage down....... not when ya can do 50mph in ya other car

        No, the mileage (kms) still click 'round OK, it's just that the speedo needle don't move.

          Yeah, it was me. Thanks but I've now fixed it. I was messed about by 2 companies who couldn't tell the difference between a cable speedo and a electronic one so I had to bite the bullet and buy a new one from Toyota at £130 quid. It works though
