Oil out/return ports

Had a look from beneath today at the oil cooler/housing assembly, and just
wondered. On the oil housing/cooler, there are two hex head bolts in roughly
the same spot as the two valves in the picture. Are they a pressurised oil
output port and an oil return port?

I know it's not exactly one of those things anyone will generally have
lying around just in case, , but would anyone happen to have an oil
housing/cooler assembly spare for the 2.4 that they might be willing to
part with?

Forgot to mention, BTW. It doesn't need to be a working unit. Cracked,
knacked or whatever, as long as the basic external housing is all there.
