Note: I have some rambler types trying open a byeway through my garden and on through my farm, splitting the whole thing in half. Seems the local council is abliged to try its best to open such ways if anyone can prove any access has been had in the past. Seems that the rambler types are using the maps from the 1760 enclosure act

That sucks. One question that I've often wondered, we can't take our cars on bridle ways and public footpaths etc, but what if you happen to own the land that it is on? What would stop you driving on it then?
