Had some interest from people who want to use their off-road playthings as well/instead of the surf.
Langdale is ideal for this ,You can either use the standard planned routes with the rest of us ,or ......if they are up to it you can try the black routes on the more extreme terrain.
If you do that ,keep a seat spare for me
I had a quick chat with langdale & they will work out a package for anything we want.
I don,t know exactly what this will cost ....depends what we want , but obviously if you want to use 2 vehicles they will charge you twice.
It may be best if you phone yourself to get more detail on this.

Going to take a head ( or car ) count after the weekend & see if there is enough interest to start bookings.
For anybody who can't make a weekend of it...You're still more than welcome to come just for the off-roading ,which will probably be on the Sunday ( majority vote )
WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 10 CARS AT LANGDALE TO QUALIFY FOR A 50% DISCOUNT .
Have a look at your map it's convenient from some major roads & may be closer than you think!

I'm open to suggestions ,but I didn,t want to organise peoples time too much .
Depending on the interest we get ,I was thinking Langdale on Sunday.
I have a copy of a greenlane in that area from Total Off Road magazine & I hope to drive it shortly if I can get another car to accompany me.
I thought I might make some copies if it is any good & let people do their own thing.
The other thing is there is another off-road centre just up the coast at RobinHoods Bay. I,ve never been but heard it's ok - but not on the same scale as langdale.

Not far at all . 15 - 20 miles at a guess ,maybe less. The maps in the car & I'm not getting wet again tonight.

See that for a rough idea...langdale is a little place just to the left of Scarborough & RobinHoods Bay is North of that ,midway between Scarboro' & Whitby.

Those are good pics Rick It's hard to take a good pic on those ascent/descents that shows the size/scale/incline of the bank.
One of my favourite bits !!
Should be more mud around in April....it was a bit dry in places when we went.
Are you gonna bring the Zook as well

Angie dont go anywhere with out it just incase theres some mud or hills or water or snow, well anything realy thar gets it dirty.

I still got some Langdale flyers left over from the summer, I will take em to the pit on the 8th.
