And my complaint goes like this:

If I'm right, the emissions figures are based on manufacturer guideline values, for the vehicle being driven normally. Where your reporter(s) keep missing the point is that high polluting vehicles include all kinds, small cars with low CO2 emissions being driven fast and often, large cars moving people around (limos, chauffeurs, exec saloons etc) and the petrol SUV drivers are being used as a scapegoat for all of these. Does a petrol engined MPV produce the same emissions, take up the same space on the road, get driven around by a mum and one child?? Do your research, and get your facts correct before submitting information to the whole of the Internet News reading community that is biased and misses the point.
