Try the left hand side wheel bearing. If your turning right the forces transfer to the left. Maybe this is pushing something out like the bearing/half shaft etc?
I had a similar knock. When 'The Beast' went in for her MOT the 'D' bracket holding the Anti Roll Bar was broken and I was told that that would make a knocking noise. After repairs were done for MOT the knock went away.
