Rear wiper lifter thingy

Hi all
Can anyone tell me where I can get 1 of those little lifting thingys that fits onto the rear wiper it helps to lift the wiper blade off the window so you can close it with out trapping the blade. Or could someone PLEASE take a couple of pic's of 1 so i could make 1.

But its the flange bit that goes onto the wiper its self I need?

does'nt that bit come with a wiper arm from another toyota that fits the rear of the surf
