Spare body parts?

I am about to buy a "new shape" 3rd gen Hilux Surf, but was wondering what happens if I need to get spare body parts.

For example - if I prang a wing, are spares of these readily available?

I'm still just finally getting over the "import fear" so advise would be appreciated.

service parts, brakes etc. in catalogue... not sure about body panels though.
toyota will do them though if you don't mind paying the price.. wouldn't imagine any panel shops doing pattern parts though!
