PDR - Genuine? You're a herpatologist? If you come out to EA on field study make sure that you contact us, plenty of room, so come stay. Only problem is, we are in Nairobi and the only snakes I've seen around here are the one's in the kenyan parliament !

Yes, very briefly I work with the largest collection of venomous snakes in the UK and I am the only person licensed to extract venom. Based at a major university we are a world renowned venom research unit. I’ve done field work out in Cameroon, Nigeria, and Morocco. Back out to Egypt in a few months and I want to get down to South Africa sometime next year. Not been to the East yet but I’ll let you know if I’m going.

      Cheers Paul

You're welcome to stay with us when you're in Nairobi (or in Zimbabwe).

There's a snake research place near the coast, Bio-Ken Lab, near Gedi - supposed to be very good by all accounts.

Only problem is that if you get bitten in Kenya and are lucky and quick enough to get to a hospital, you expire while they take their time filling out the paperwork, assigning you a bed and eventually credit checking your corpse!

Four blo0dy big bolts pops those side bits off, doesn't it? Only thing that's
making me think twice is as to whether I may need that corner protection
facility, (especially now I'm supposed to be letting the wife drive it again).
Do think they look nice without those sideguards, though.

Now, even if it is bolted down they still nick it! What do these crims do? Walk around with a full toolkit - just in case they see something they like? Or are they being stolen to order? It happens over here...
I wish someone would steal mine to order. If they'd clean the truck to order that would be nice too.
