Channel 5 news have just shown a news clip from Ilfracombe Devon on a fireworks display with an artificil bonefire !
Health and saftey have said a real fire would be to dangerous .
They had a plasma screen with a video of a fire for the crowd .

they had about that on the news a few days ago.They got the use of some waste ground to have the bonfire and then filmed the fire for the duration of the fireworks.The t.v screen is mounted between the rugby post

what about the latest drivel, Barry Sherman (mp for huddersfield) says that you shouldn't have a bonfire in your back garden because it's "disasterous for the environment"
