GT Dog is in trouble, poor George misses his old Surf so bad the car has got the sack and he's lookign for a budget 4x4 again. He's found a V6 Pajaro for a very small amount of money, we need to find a V6 Surf for similar money (sub £2k) to return him to Surfdom. Otherwise I'll be working on a Paj at service time instead of Surfs!!!!

There looking for more on this one but they'll come down once the auction closes and no-one's bid. The V6s never sell, there's just not enough sophisticated people around to keep the demand up.

What car's he got? If it's quick and flash I'll swap it for my V6 and buy another one once I get tired of not being able to carry sofas in my boot or drive through the snow. Which will be about December.

Saw a 1993 V6 auto go locally (Nuneaton) for £500 recently- wasn't tempted to buy it due to running cost of a petrol beasty. Looked in good nick though.

Keep looking- they are out there going cheap- everyone wants diesels.
