On the screen where you're writing the message, click the 'Manage Attachments' button. Then on the pop-up form, click Browse, find the image, then click Upload. Wait a few seconds for the file to upload, and it will then be listed. Once all that has been done, click 'Close this window' at the bottom. You can check it's all worked by looking in the 'Attach Files' bit of the screen, your images should be listed there.

Ah, yup, working now.
When I took my Surf through the monkey pit at Knowlsey, they tried to remove one of the wipers (failed), a bit of rubber trim on the front bumper (succeeded), and also gave the kids a sex education lesson on the bonnet.
