the only thing you may have to do and that is to make the hole a bit longer where the high/lo selector goes thru the body and also where the steering rack goes thru the bulkhead take the small plate off and you may have to make that hole slightly bigger too

i have'nt actually got my 2" done yet but from what others have said no you don't the lever will just be slightly shorter in the cab so it should'nt make a differance.

1.5" you dont need to change anything, i dont it on mine and all i lost was steering grommit (keep an eye on it). my lo-range occasionally drops out but thats it.

I fitted the Milners 1.5'' body lift - you don't have to alter anything but....

As Richard said, the transfer box will be tight, although mine worked after a bit of off road persuasion.

I didn't have to alter steering grommet, but you do have to loosen the splines - see this write up - better than the aussie one - http://www.hiluxsurf.co.uk/php_lib/v...at=3&submit=Go

Its on our home page under information - files - technical mods

And do the drivers side first.

Some of the bolts from Milners will be wrong length - you will have to swap around some of the old ones - but you will have enough.

Allow 3 - 4 hours - and its easier with help.

Think Tony was saying loosen the splines under the dash as they are longer.

I'm possibly getting the 2" lift on this weekend with the help of Bushwhacker so I'm sure one of us will left you know how it goes!

Tonyn was saying to me when he was here in Sept about slackening under the dash aswell
