A few years ago I helped start up a new office in Newport. When we (the new team) visited head office in Manchester, I was given 2 minutes to come up with something we could present to the rest of the company.

It was at the time of The Full Monty film. So, we did this huge pi*s take, I called us 'The Lovely Boyo's' and the name stuck......
