Yes, pull off the wiring connector, pull off the black rubber boot, then release the little metal spring clip that holds the bulb in. Once the clip is released (can be a bit fiddly), the bulb will almost fall out. Pay attention when putting the new bulb in - you need to get the tabs on the bulb seated properly in the headlamp casing before trying to secure the clip again. Push the rubber boot back on, the reattach connector, job done.
At least on 3rd gens you don't have to remove the batteries or grill to change the bulbs! Although if you have dual batteries you'll have to remove a bolt and a black plastic cover on the passenger's side.
