As you have a 3.0lt it's easy. Type in Timing belt into the search feature and you will find lots of advice on how to change it...


Here are the Toyota part numbers

Timing belt - part no - Y13568 - 69085 (£26.47)
Belt tensioner - part no - Y13540 - 67020 (£37.76)
Timing case gasket - part no - Y11328 - 67020 (£17.07)
