    Right...

Me sheds shagged, I mean I've only had it for 12years and is was fairly f*cked when we moved in. I've had to shell out on a new one and it should be erected (oh missis!) tomorrow (Saturday).

    It's only a 6x8 coz I'm 2 tight for a 8x10.

Any ideas on kitting it out?

I am an ex motor fitter so need some sort of bench to put me vice on. Need shelving etc.

Go on blow me mind, what can I do to my new retreat away from me better half?
Life on the edge is short, but the view is great !

        Nice one, BUT no mains

Need some lighting in there so thought about a 12v strip light run from a car battery and topped up by the Maplins best buy solar charger

        Any more ideas?

            You are sharp!

I do have a wine cooler that I use to keep me hatching eggs cool, but that's another story.

            Would a 150w inverter do?

I have a homebrew wind generator on my shed that charges two 12V leasure batteries. As a dump for when the batteries are fully charged it powers the garden lights. A 12V leasure fridge from a caravan/camping accessories shop should keep your drinks cool and some power left over for you HF/VHF stuff. You might never need to go indoors again!

Put a big lock on the inside to keep you safe when your hiding, and an even bigger lock on the outside to keep unwanted visitors out while your at work.

Waited in all day, no shed !

Rang them to ask when only to be told that "it ain't in the book", followed by a lame excuse about someone being ill and they all behind.

I said a f*cking phone call would have been nice and when are you going to do it?

                    Monday PM...

Sooooooooooooo, will have to wait for me new shed then.

                    Ba*tards!!!!!!

                    .

No, not B&Q but a local shed/fence maker with a good rep.

Buggered if I'm gonna recommend him now!

When are we going to have a Surf owners net on 40 or 80M?

I have got to finish insulating my shed. I lined it with ply and put rock wool in between. I have to finish welding the outside tool safe. I would have loads of room if SWMBO didn't use it as a dumping ground, then demand to know when I am going tidy my shed

                            Do you run UI-View?

I thought abt lining the shed but it's only an 6x8.
