          my tow strop just rubs the underside of the bumper but i've never had a problem yet also if you got the fog light that hangs down on the passenger side then it wont be there for long......lol

            Was thinking of removing rear bumper completley and the recovery bar i'd made up to give better clearence at the rear. At least i'd still have recovery points available. Mind you the underslung spare might get in the way then

              Depends, its only technically a lashing point, I wouldn't pull sideways on it for sure, but as the other said, it been used by plenty. I wouldn't go nuts pulling on it though.

                same as everyone else, thats what i use.

                i do use a bridle though, which helps spead the load.
