    Been to Explorer UK

    Oh dear...

    Went to Explorer UK on my way up to Lytham St Annes tonight - now in the Dalmenie(sp?)

    Bought my shocks...

    And bought 4 big spotlights...

    The lads there gave me an INCREDIBLE deal on the spotlamps when I mentioned the forum, I would have been mad not to have bought them! All I need now is a roof bar!

    I picked up a handful of catalogues and pro-comp stickers. Some are for Vince, some are for me, but if there's any left I'll let you know and post em out on receipt of SAEs.

    If they are those stainless ones, with the 130 watt bulbs, they are nice bulbs... and they stock spares for them too... had them on my original bumper... very nice... very bright....

        130watt 6"... all stainless...

        a small suggestion though...

        dismantle the lights... and where the ball socket mounts to the main body of the lamp... undo all those bolts... and get some more nuts... and loctite them back down with double nuts... mine did shake themselves rather loose...

                      bit peeved with explorer uk ordered some shocks on the 9th no prob, phoned up because they never arrived, guess what there not in stock say they should be in stock next week
                      they could have at least had the decency to let me know lucky i aint to much of a hurry
