well a-plan only take 520 off me and i'm 24 with 7 yrs no claims. cheapest by 200 for me. thoguh from expereince, the cheapest for one is never cheapest for another. you'll probably just have to ring em all sadly. Thankfully (if thats right) there aren't that many that insure surfs, so you won't spend days ringing round.
