"G" reg value?

Please excuse a newbie's silly question but, what is a "G" reg Hilux Surf (new shape) worth? Seen one in the paper for £1895 ovno. Worth it or not?

1989-1995 2nd generation
1995-2002 b3rd generation
2002- present 4th generation

So as for new shape which one can only be a 1st gen or 2nd gen. As for wether its worth it it would have to be seen.

Celtaidd, where in north wales are coz a garage in llandudno juction is selling a manual 3 door g reg for £3295, hows that for a comparison,

There is a guy (garage) a few miles from me selling an H or G 1st gen, in grey, looks OK but no idea what the mileage etc is - and he has £2,500 on the window.........I paid £2,800 in March for my 2nd gen K reg, with 129,000Kms and it was in lovely condition when I got my grubby mits on it!

Ok a 1st gen has only 2 doors and a removable top and the last batch were born in April 1989 on an F plate and look more pick-up like.A 2nd gen has 2 or 4 doors but the roof CANNOT be taken off unless you got a big grinder,and look like the more common surfs we all know and love.

Mind you I did see today a 4th gen 4runner on a 56 plate in midnight blue..........VERY NICE on the eyes and very surf/4runner looking.
