bt are the same,every time i ring up to solve a problem with the broad band.you have to say everything four or five times before they understand what your on about,but then that could also be due to my bad use of english.
The basement bird works for BT broardband R&D martlesham (she's clerical not techie so no questions please cos she knows nuffink) and even their internal phones for problem solving is offshore.
Feel like another rant comeing on but i'm all ranted out, every time you make a call these days you get some pigeon english speaking sod, plus the rubbish music and press 1 for this and 2 for that and so on, really hacks me off,
