Engine shutdown

Guys: have 91 surf-diesel-ln130. shuts down at stoplight/low acceleration..slowing down....and RESTARTS immediately. already changed fuel pump...any ideas. thanks.

Idle speed maybe, or $$$$ in the fuel line?

Or any of the filters for that matter.

I had an old diesel pug that would do this - a fuel line was perished and was sucking air into the system. As the revs died at a junction, the air would stop the engine.
