    For all you hard-core offroaders worried about exploding CV joints and collapsing diffs:
    A friend sent me this link:

      I'll have to check what year and model that was and find out if my 2000 C5 is fitted with modified (thicker walled) shafts.

        me worried-------ok maybe just a little,but on the upside i wont be trying to pull wheelies.although that does sound like fun.my propshaft is 4mm thick s/s.so i doubt it will twist,maybe just crack off and maim anything in its path.mwhahahah.

          Sent this to my Father-in-Law, who has a Monaro VXR, which uses the 'Vette engine.

          My RX8 has a carbon fibre propshaft
          Parts of your engine go up, stop then go back! Mm!
