i'd love to have a go, but i can't at the mo as tonyn has got my truck doing the head on it.

hopefully it will be back this week sometime.

Not far then. I'm only on West End Road out of bitterne. No rush mate. Let me know when you good to go and I'll give you the details. I'm still truckless until I get my radiator fixed anyway.

Pick up a Landranger 1:50000 ordance survey map (or 1:25000 but you'll need more of them) of Winchester. Either in Blacks in Soton or Cotswolds in Hedge End. All the decent local byways are on it. I normally carry Winchester, and Salisbury Plain all the time.

It's odds on that I'll either be working in St Mellons or away in the caravan but I'll keep an eye on the thread just in case we get lucky !
