members rigs

why can i not edit my members rigs it says You are not authorised to edit this entry, also i can not add my rig as it comes up with an error a pic of a red cross. do i have to be a paid subscriber??? or how do i do it? also how do i delete a members rig as i have done 2 of them, but it wont allow me to delete one of them!!!!

My Surf is on there too, but I haven't been able to edit it for months!
