You've got to remember, in standard trim all the 'big name' 4x4s are roughly equal in what they can do. Once you start modifying them all bets are off because it then just comes down to who is prepared to spend the most.

Toyotas $$$$ on LandRovers in this country and it is not true that you have to spend ALOT of money to turn your surf into a great offroader. Ok, they are a bit long and can't do everything that a LR shorty can but LCs always win the RHINO charge here in Kenya.
