It depends on which type of alloys you have. My old Surf had non standard alloys which used the bevelled nuts. My new Surf had standard alloys (sort of 8 spokes, but spokes are in pairs if you see what I mean) which use nuts with a washer attached. I just swapped the wheels over so that I could use the nuts from my old Surf on my new one with the steel rims.
Just a bit of a heads-up really. I checked the tyre pressures on mine and found 2 at 45psi(!), 1 at 32, and 1 at 25, not checked the spare as I can't be arsed getting the cover off.
Anyway, I've redone them all to 32psi now, but thought I'd warn you to give them a quick check if you haven't already done so.
