Need help to find a good garage

My surf is losing water. moved down to South Wales and cant find anyone able to fix it, they all say different things. One garage couldnt find the problem, another said water pump, another said head gasket but i think its the radiator. I think this because the foam part under it always seem wet even if you have not been near any water.
If anyone knows of a good garage near or around the Carmarthen area please let me know.

Hi Jim, it's a shame you don't live nearer me, theres a couple of recommended Surf friendly garages around here.
Your better off giving 'the lovely boyo' a shout as he's nearer you and may have some suggestions of good garages.
