There is no pollen filter fitted.

There's a square filter behind the glove pocket which could be for the AC

There are some previous posts on this already, suggesting that the filter is to do with the fans. Maybe its to stop bits flying into the cabin through the vents. But a pollen filter is very different.

Yep, it's just a foam covered flap for directing fresh air or recirculated.
