Well..... I've been following this site for a while now, infact ever since i bought my 2.4 surf at the beginning of December... only problem is that i managed to do about 100 miles until..................... you guessed.................. the head cracked.

So tomorrow 1200 quid lighter... I should be picking it up....Hooray!!!

Anything else I should be aware of once i get the car back?

Heads the only weak point really, oh and steering stops that need a dab of grease on them once the plastic caps wear off. Apart from that the Surf is built better than any tank you care to name. It's a Hilux - see Top gear.
