  • Arch extensions

Fitted my homemade arch extensions tonight. Had to make them stick out about 2 1/2" from original arches. Used some reinforced rubber from conveyer belt, cut to shape and rivited on..........just like that. Stops the spray showering people as i pass!!!

Just need to work out what to do at rear bumper, thinkin of taking it off anyway soi'll worry about it later.

    Excellent work.
How wide is the rubber, if it's at least 18", you could have extended the rear extensions all the way down and incorporated mudflaps.

    kinda like this...

      Nice thinking Bushwacker.

Still got some rubber left. But not enough to take it down to the mudflaps though. I'll need to see what it's like once bumpers off and what i can use for fixing points. Chrome corners now have holes where the rust was so they'll have to go soon.
