welcome m8 its not all the 2.4s that have head problems but if your worried go up a notch and get a 3ltr no problems you wont regret getting a surf . i reckon your skyline will be up for sale in the near future lol

If it has to be an L plate reg then you would be buying a 3.0 unless it is a very late 2.4 .

I used to live in Wokingham too.I now live in Silchester
I have had my surf for 2 and half years trouble free driving until now its on ebay as last Saturday we were coming home from New Forest and the head went never showed any signs no overheating light came on next thing engine stops and smoke fills the car.I personally would now only buy a 2.4 with the head done or as they all say go up to the 3 litre model.


Or you could buy mine and get a new head fitted by Tony for about £1300 I think???Just couldn't use the privat plate!!

I've bought a volo v70 xc awd so haven't totaly given up the 4x4 bug will start looking for my next surf next year.
