O/D Light Flashing.

Hi new surf owner with a problem.

I`ve read on here about problems with the over-drive light flashing (as mine is) there seems to be about half a dozen reasons ranging from g-box solenoids to wiring faults,can anyone give a definative answer,please.

Mines a `95, 2nd gen,ssr-x,3.0.

As you have stated there could be lots of causes. As we dont have a CRYSTAL BALL we cannot give a definate answer, You need to check all that has been mentioned.

Start by disconnecting your battery or both for 20 minutes. Reconnect then see if it still is flashing

Yes, as they are wired together. Taking only one off will not disconnect the power to the various computers.
