I bought a Surf a couple of days ago. Wanted to insure it and my present insurer (AA) said: the surf was an import, not previously insured etc etc etc ... gave me some conflicting information and said they'd phone back with a quote. Over 2 hours later, still no call. So I clicked on the link and was insured by Gareth within 7 or 8 minutes.
