EX103, HMC&E paperwork

Hi All,

Please could one of the exalted (all bow down) leaders of this forum add a thread to the FAQ which contains a link (or attachment) to the relevant paperwork needed for registering veg oil use. Perhaps some advice on how to fill in the initial EX103 and how to complete the monthly returns.

I know that this information is elsewhere but it is scattered amongst very lengthy threads discussing all manner of veg oil chit chat. I, for one, could use a short, sweet thread with just the relevant info in it.
