      thought you might know?

      it starts at porthtowan, you have to go as you are going to the beach then keep left up the hill on a normal road , at the very top it turns into a track and the track leads to the top end of raf portreath...

      i realy enjoyed it there it was nice and hot and the beach scenary was good too

                i would say its just a nice place to visit, its not hardcore off roading but worth a visit all the same...

                    you may be able to get some good piccys of wots going off in raf portreath if your camera as a good lense..

                    suppose to be some type of vapour release program from when they had chemicals there during the war....well thats wot they say anyway.....

                      there is a place just down the rd from portreath called nancekuke where they used to store the chemicals and nearly all of it is still infected. there are scientist that keep going there to check the levels
