Rubber Aeriel

Well i`ve just broken my second aeriel ,so i`m now after a rubber one.
I seem to remember on here, that not all rubber ones fit(due to the shape of the wing).I`ve done a search but can`t find much info.

Can anyone put me straight on if they/don`t they fit, and if possible a link to where i can get one

i"ve got a rubber gimp suit i could borrow you but sorry, cant help with the aerial.......

Hi there m8ty.
It's the angle and the lack of room behind the wing section which
is the problem. I fitted the whip type the normaly goes on the front
of the roof, plenty of angle and not a lot of backing to the aerial so fits
just right.Got it from a car accessory place think about £10:00 not
retractable but quite felexable , unscrews from the base if really
going for the ruff stuff.Have a good look about , think Rough trax did
a rubber duck type but very short the one I fitted is a good metre in
lengh ......... Cheers

i replaced mine just 2 weeks ago - i think the post got lost during the blackout the forum had - bought it for £4.05 from motaquip and fits a treat, it evens comes unscrewed at the base if you want to remove it but it's so flexible you can bend it in half !
