Volvo C303 portal axles... and apparently they fit straight under a series 80 landcruiser...

And even more unbelievable, apparently he completed the swap in a weekend.

38" tyres... but can't find the image of him out with his green oval chums... whom he towers over.... very funny image.

I have been admiring that one for a while..

It just looks right... not too big, not too small, not too wide... sort of how a landcruiser should look..

Then you see it beside something else, and it looks huge...

Last time I was down at Frogs Island, thought I would wind up Eddie with that link... suffice it to say, knowing that he is rather partial to LandCruisers..., he couldn't speak after seeing the link, and you could hear the gears ticking in his head... very funny...

That is the beauty of that one. It's one of those rare serious mods where
everything still appears to be in kilter and the correct scale.
