i clicked onto help and the instructions there to save it but still cant save it

His instructions for saving is just a screen shot capture.......... hit Print Screen button on keyboard.....open Word right click on page and paste.

I used to do it with control c and control v but you will get the whole screen which will need editing down........

Just get the pic you want, press the print screen button on your keyboard, open graphics prog, new image, paste image into graphics prog.
Simple..........
