Advice needed

This vehicle didn't go on Ebay at £5500. It looks in good condition, but is a 1996 not 1997 as adverised. He has accepted £5000, Is this good or not. At present i have 1993 3ltr Surf, which i hope gives me £2500 to £3000 towards new car . Seemingly is in very good condition. Is it a bargain or not. Sorry coudnt copy pictures, but it looks good. Atleast as it is not on Ebay, i can't get bad feedback if i don't buy.
Any help would be gratefully received.

Thats the car.
I have till about lunch time to decide, as would need to go to bank to get money by then. The guy said that there would be no surprises when i see the car, so i have some thinking to do by lunch time. The way i see it i should get £3000 for my 1993, which has been very well looked after, so will cost me only another £2000. I certainly like the look of this one.

yeah if yours is a good 3.0 then say at least 3k.

certainly all the suspension mods etc on that thing aint cheap (and he went for the best brand shocks )

only one thing... where is the 33" spare? would that fit underneath? just a thought

Have decided to go see it tomorrow. Don't think £5000 is too much especially with all the extras. If i get £3000 for mine then its only £2000 more.
My wife who is away is going to kill me, so if you don't hear from me after next Wednesday, call the police.
I sent the motoring section of the Sunday times a letter re Livingstone and his £25. congestion charge, as running on veg oil, you should pay lower rate, as your emissions are cleaner than a mini's. Wonder if they will print it.
