My New Love !
Hi all,
It's took a while, but finally last Saturday I did it!
Yep, got me a Surf !!

Took a five and half hour train journey with four changes to see it and three and a half hours to get back home. I'm chuffed to bits
3.0L SSR-G with Recaro seats, cruise control and factory fitted sunroof etc...
Now the questions ( I will do a search - honest! ), rear demist switch button will not light up when pressed, bulbs good. No voltage at the contact on the screen - relay or fuse?
No idle-up switch, but space where the soft/hard suspension button is as the rear shocks/springs have been replaced. Did I read somewhere that the idle-up wiring is there? Can't be that easy surely?
Where can I get some dash switch bulbs? Sussed out that they are separate from the grey fixing so am looking for some small bulbs with long tails.
No green G or yellow mark near VIN plate so recall mod not done??

BTW the oil pressure goes up and down with engine speed. At tick over it's just left of the last left hand line and at revs it's not quite half - tell me that's normal please!
Got the Hilux Surf forum star in already and and just bought a new registration for her, ending in PAF
Anyway off to do some searches.....
