A fellow HGV driver too. What's the money like on the tankers? Good, Bad, Ugly? Are you on 4on-4off? Are the hours good?

I need a new job. Five years with BOC (Marks and Spencer contract) is long enough!!!

Not main line artic tankers, ridged 4 & 6 wheelers. We deliver to houses, factories, farms etc. OK in the summer (not much call for heating oil) we do a 4 day week for a 20wk summer period, with rest days. Wk1 weds off, Wk2 Tues off, Wk3 Friday off and Wk4 Mon off. BUT the winter is a bas*ard !!! around 60hrs a week for the remaining 32wks !!!

Money not brill, I'd stay with BOC

Gets me Truck back from the Bodyshop one day, then back to the Dealers for Recall & then plunged into Darkness
