coolant quantity

Hi trying to find out on forum how much coolant surf takes.
Its been a few years since it was done and thought doing it in warm weather
was better than doing it when it is pi**ing down.
I thought there was a link that gave all the servicing schedules amounts etc . Anyone know whre it has gone?.

10 litres for a manual
9 litres for an Auto
dont know where the links gone
