Suspension Lift
Well did the suspension lift today,Could`nt believe how easy everything came apart.After doing loads of research on here, i have been squirting all the bolts for a week now, and boy did that advice pay off.
By 1.30 had finished the front shocks, torsion bars,had rear shocks off and both rear springs off, and one new spring back, so me and my mate decided to cross the road to the pub for some dinner.
Came back home to finish off, i opened up the rear shock boxes, and guess what, WRONG REAR SHOCKS, B#ll###s
Anyway rang up Explorer uk and there sending the right ones and taking back the others.Trouble is i`m on nights now, so probably will get woken up unless they leave them in the shed.
Another thing, found a broken rubber mounting on the rear axle,not sure exactly what is called but need a replacement before Sunday(Going to 4x4 funday near Briecliff)Will Post a picture when my dad comes back with the camera
