Rear Brake adjustment

What is the correct way to adjust the back brakes (including the parking brake) I cant seem to find a thread on this, or one that explains the procedure in detail.
Any help would be appreciated.
(and I will be paying my tenner soon have tried and failed a few times so I will just ship a cheque off just for Surfstar)

The rear brakes should self adjust, on the handbrake. Just keep pulling it as long as you hear the adjuster clicking round.

You may have to clean them out if the adjuster thread is grubby.
