No. The Vitara has a 5 stud pattern. The tyres will fit the 15" rims though. (Unless you have 16" rims on)

I don't think they will fit, but I'm not 100% certain. I think the spacing of the stud holes is different.

Heeps, or Jeeps if you prefer, use a 5 X 4.5" bolt pattern whilst the Vitara uses 5 X 139mm ( the Surf uses 6 X 139mm).

Other 4x4's with the Suzuki pattern include Lada Niva, Kia Sportage, Daihatsu Fourtrack & Sportrack.
